Can I arrive earlier to set up my groups camping area?

Groups will be able to set up their camping area on Friday 31st July, from 3pm to 9 pm. 

No camping overnight will be allowed on Friday night, and all volunteers will been given a wristbands, and scanned on and off site. Wristbands will be collected at the main gate.

Additional volunteers setting up but not attending the jamboree will be given a temporary wristband and ‘linked’ to their group for access.

Equipment from external suppliers such as marquees, ovens etc can only be delivered during this window - suppliers attempting to gain access at any other time will be refused access by site security. You must provide a contact number to the supplier and meet them at the gate.
