Can a participant, leader or staff member arrive site late or leave early? 

Should a participant, leader or staff member be arriving late or wishing to depart early this can be facilitated by Gate One/Main Gate. Participants must be accompanied to the main gate and be met their by an appropriate adult, Anyone leaving or entering the site must be scanned so that the main booking system recognises whether they are on or off site.
