How can I get my ice pack re-frozen during the week?

Icepacks can be dropped to sub camp HQ’s and collected twice daily at 10am and 8pm. Poacher caretakers will be collecting from HQs to take to a central freezer store. If group miss the collection or delivery times, then they will not be able to access the freezer outside of these times.
