How do photo permissions work at Poacher?

Poacher is a large event with approximately 10,000 people on site at any given time. Therefore we cannot guarantee to exclude young people or adults from photos, particularly in large crowds.

If you have young people or adults who cannot be photographed, our media teams will do their best to avoid them but we cannot 100% guarantee this. Please visit our media reception in the Poacher hub, where the person will have their photograph taken to add to our identification board, and given an additional red wristband, that will more easily show when filtering photos. 

Poacher media outlets will only publish first name, group and subcamp, and we strongly encourage external media visiting the site to work on the same basis.
