I have already booked for my group and paid a deposit, what happens next?

You will be contacted directly with your next steps.

We urge you to check your emails (including your Spam folder) before contacting our bookings team with any further queries.  The email will be sent to the registered group leader.

You will need to pay final balance, add all the participants and dates of births by 31 January 2026. 

You will then need to ensure medical information, activity approval and photo permission is completed by the end of June 2026.
