I have an allergy or intolerance, what is the provision for me at staff catering?

Poacher and our Catering Partners have endeavoured to supply Allergen tables for all the food that will be on offer.  This has been produced using the main recognised allergens and using the information available at the time of launching staff catering.  Our Catering Partners will update these tables prior to Poacher starting.  

Poacher and its Catering Partners will endeavour to cater for all BUT the catering provision is large and therefore we kindly ask that those utilising the provision do make use of the allergen tables and do liaise with the catering staff at the event where needed to gain clarification.  

Where required Poacher is asking you to state you require a gluten free meal or vegan/vegetarian.

If that options isn't specifically asked it is because the caterer has stated that can cater via their allergen tables and awareness of their product.
