What is the deposit for Participants?

For Poacher 2026, we require a deposit for each attending participant. The deposit is £30 per participant and will be deducted from the total amount payable. 

Your deposit is due no later than 31st October 2025 to secure your place. The earlier you pay your deposit the earlier your place is secured.

We may need to cancel or reschedule the event due to events outside of our control, including as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and any change in legal restrictions. We shall not be responsible for any failure to put on the event if such failure results from, events, circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control. If we are legally unable to perform the contract between us and we are forced to cancel the event, we may decide to refund your deposit and balancing payment, but we will only do so, to the extent that we will not be out of pocket in respect of any costs already incurred or committed in respect of the event. You will not be entitled to any refund if you decide not to attend the event for any reason.
