When can groups arrive on site?

Group arrivals will open from on Saturday 1st August. Lincolnshire groups will be issued an hour timeslot to help manage traffic on local roads.

All entry and exit for participants and parents will be on foot through 3 gates depending on your subcamp. We’ll email all groups and parents with their entry point, signed directions and the appropriate place to park.

Fully loaded vehicles with no more than 2 passengers, minibuses and coaches, will be the only vehicles allowed to drive onto site. All vehicles must be off site and in car parks by 5 pm via a certain gate which will be communicated nearer the time.
