When can staff arrive on site?

Staff are welcome to arrive on site on Friday 31 July 2026 between 3 pm - 9 pm, after this time the gates will be closed and locked. If you leave the site and do not arrive back before 9 pm, then unfortunately the gates will be locked and you will not be allowed back in. 

Staff are also welcome to arrive on Saturday 1 August 2026, but noting this is also arrivals day for all of the participants. 

Please note if you plan to arrive on the Friday or during the day on the Saturday, there will be no staff catering facilities available until the Saturday 1 August 2026 dinner.
