Changes to Group Booking
Changes to numbers can be made up and until 31st October 2025, after which all deposits for all participant numbers must be paid.
Initially you are just booking and paying deposits for a set number of places. Camper details (names etc.) will be asked for later in the process.
Once we are into the details cut off dates will be clearly communicated. These cut off dates are to allow us to process the data, finalise site requirements and go to print with wristbands etc. As you can imagine this is no small task so your compliance with any deadlines set will be much appreciated.
