Do I need cancellation insurance?

What should I do to make sure I am covered in the event of needing the cancel?

Each unit/group booking onto Poacher is responsible for arranging their own cancellation insurance to cover their unit/groups costs (fees, travel etc.) Poacher’s own insurance does not cover individual units/groups.  

It is worth noting our terms of booking:

We may need to cancel or reschedule the event due to events outside of our control, including as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and any change in legal restrictions. We shall not be responsible for any failure to put on the event if such failure results from, events, circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control. If we are legally unable to perform the contract between us and we are forced to cancel the event, we may decide to refund your deposit and balancing payment, but we will only do so, to the extent that we will not be out of pocket in respect of any costs already incurred or committed in respect of the event. You will not be entitled to any refund if you decide not to attend the event for any reason.
