When do we need to leave Poacher on 8th August?

We ask that everyone leaves the site on Saturday 8 August 2026 by 14:00, and only the staff who are part of the takedown team are left on site.

Cars will be allowed onsite from 09:00 to pick up trailers and equipment.

Lincolnshire groups will be issued timeslot to help manage traffic on local roads for departures.They are the following:

09:00 - 10:30
Louth, Scunthorpe, Brigg, Kirton in Lindsey, Gainsborough, Sleaford, Market Rasen, Lincoln

10:30 - 12:00
Grimsby, Barton, Laceby, Boston, Isle of Axholme, Wiathe and Grantham

12:00 - 13:30
Stamford, Bourne, Welland, Skegness, South Lindsey and South Holland

All entry and exit for participants and parents will be on foot through 3 gates depending on your subcamp. We’ll email all groups and parents with their entry point, signed directions and the appropriate place to park. The gates will be the same as the gates which they used for arrivals.

Parents/ Careers will be allowed onsite via the correct subcamp gate to collect their children.
